The FutureSelves training provides an opportunity to learn and develop skills in one of the most exciting new areas of practical, applied psychology.  FutureSelves can be applied to a range of different situations, including careers work, counselling and organisational development.

This course is designed to:

  • Introduce you to the FutureSelves program and what it does;
  • Teach you how to use the software and understand what it tells you;
  • And show you how it can be used to help your clients/students.

Training is fun and interactive. It consists of:

  • Case studies
  • Practical techniques for using FutureSelves
  • Use of the software
  • Using the software in Groups
  • A comprehensive training manual documenting the above.  The manual also includes guides on the FutureSelves theory and application, useful extensions plus lots more.

FUTURESELVES ONLINE TRAINING

This course is designed to:

  • Introduce you to the FutureSelves program and what it does;
  • Teach you how to use the software and understand what it tells you;
  • And show you how it can be used to help your clients.
The training consists of:
  • You telling us a bit about yourself and your work, such as what you do at school, how you plan to use FutureSelves, and any particular issues, ideas or challenges you want to address in your work - so the training is relevant
  • Web based modules, which include some very brief email assignments - to help you understand and remember
  • Going through the FutureSelves questionnaire yourself and doing some introspection either on your own, or with us - so you know what its like for users
  • Discussing case studies over the phone - so you know how to work with the results.
  • Taking someone through the software and then discussing with FutureSelves about how it went.
Our face to face training usually takes about 3 hours. This online based training should take about 4 hours.
