FutureSelves is a New Zealand based company that includes psychologists, IT people and marketers. We also have an Advisory Board of practitioners. We all share a strong interest in how scholarly concepts can be used in practical ways, and in how practical ideas can be refined and tested through research.and tested through research.
So to introduce you to some of us.....
Geoff Plimmer has a PhD from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand. His PhD was on the application of possible selves to career development. In an earlier life he was a public servant. He likes kayaking and tramping in New Zealand's outdoors.
Neil Gray has over 20 years of experience in the software industry, most recently involved in international development of software businesses. His role in FutureSelves is business development. His interests include touch rugby, cricket and trying to outsmart his children.
Louise Broad's role in FutureSelves is account and relationship management. She has spent several years travelling in the UK, Europe and Africa. Now she divides her time between FutureSelves and her family of two daughters.
Carolyn Patchett has over 15 years experience in the education sector, most recently as a student studying career guidance. Her role in Futureselves includes product development, resource writing and training. Outside work she enjoys running and spending time with her husband and two children.
Steve Bang - Steve's role in FutureSelves is business development for the United States and the Americas. He has over 20 years of experience in international business development for software companies. His interests include golf and volunteer work.
